aBottleStory offers a Return & Exchange of an item(s) if the Customer reports the issues within 3 business days of receiving the item(s) to the Head of the eCommerce Department.
All goods sold are not refundable.
The following discrepancies will be handled as follows:
Wrong item / shortage of item or quantity / Additional item or quantity delivered Our packing area is monitored by CCTV and investigation will be carried out to rectify the complaint.The following is the possible outcome :
a) Replacement to be arrange within 3 – 4 days if the complaint found valid.
b) aBottleStory reserves the right to refute the claim if the complaint found invalid.
Damage or defect item a) For item damage during transit by 3rd party mishandling issue :
– To filed complaint to respective courier service provide and claim for insurance compensation.b) For item damage due to insecure packing. aBottleStory will investigate and make necessary replacement.c) Replacement to be arrange within 3 – 4 days if the complaint found valid.
Customer shall provide relevent picture or video as supporting evidence for any descrepency claims.
For the Return & Exchange of the item(s), the Customer is required to do the following:
Visit the showroom where the customer bought the item
or Visit the eCommerce Center if the customer bought online;
Provide Original Sales Receipt or paid Sales Invoice;
Ensure the item is in the original packaging or box;
Ensure the return of all item tags, labels, accessories, complementary gifts
Returned items must not have visible signs of wear and usage;
Our Return & Exchange Policy does not apply to the following categories:
Sales item, promotion item, clearance item, and discounted item
