We will be closed on selected public holidays every year. We will notify our customers for at least one week before each public holiday.

  4. Check your order and click Proceed to Checkout
  5. Fill in your details and billing information
  6. Click Place Order
  7. Download/Print your auto-generated e-Invoice for safekeeping.

Payment Instructions:

  1. Pay using Direct Online Transfer or Cash Deposit Machine (CDM). Use your Order ID as the payment reference.
  2. Take a screenshot/photo of your payment receipt in .jpg or .pdf format.
  3. Email your payment receipt to sales@pinkzapple.com or send it via WhatsApp to +6014-930 6936 / +6018-788 6561, along with your details:
    – Name
    – Phone Number
    – Order ID
  4. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment confirmation.

No. There is no minimum purchase required per online order.

Our published’s price is based on wholesales price. aBs’s pricing structure motto is ‘to provide an affordable price without compromising quality‘.

Therefore , we strongly believe we able to provide a competitive and affordable price to customer.

For any bulk/huge quantity, you may email your RFQ to us at : sales@pinkzapple.com for further discussion and arrangement.

A) For GLASS PRODUCTS :

Most of our glass products is microwave safe products. Estimate hot / high tolerance temperature is around 110°C.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE! All the LID/CAP are NOT MICROWAVE SAFE.

DO NOT put the lid/ cap into the microwave at any situation.

B) For PLASTIC PRODUCTS :

Most of our plastic products is microwave safe products. However, we suggest to refer to the products details and label on each products for more details and conformation before usage.

Yes. All products go through a 100% check by our QA & QC team before delivery.

A) Delivery charges is based on the following :

  • Destination postcode and this will determine the millage to be charged.
  • Total weight (kgs) or volume (m3) of the ordered parcel , whichever is greater.
  • Special handling service (if required)

B) Packing method ( to be delivered via courier services ) :

  • All products will be undergo QAQC check before and after packing.
  • Individual products to be fully wrapped by bubble wrap to secure and withstand tolerable impact. ( for glass product )
  • We do random ‘drop test’ on our fully wrap products.
  • Products to be boxed up neatly with a carton box and ‘Fragile’ sticker.

Important Notes :

We put extra effort and additional packing material in order to make sure the products is well protected during the transit.
Any mishandling or sabotage during delivery (By others) which resulting damage on the products, the responsibility shall not be bear by aBS.
Please refer to our ‘Refund and Exchange Policy‘ for more details.

Once payment is made, you cannot change or cancel your order.
Please check your order details carefully before you checkout and pay from the Online Store.

At the moment, we are unable to provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service to our customers unless you choose to walk-in to our showroom unit and purchase over the counter.

B) Delivery :

  • Our delivery is available within Malaysia only with one delivery point. For international delivery addresses, please reach us at sales@pinkzapple.com / info@pinzapple.com for further arrangements.
  • Sales Order will be processed for packing and sent out for delivery within 3-4 business days.
    You may check and track your order status from our webpage or login to www.tracking.com.my
  • It is advisable to double-check and make sure all details and addresses filled are CORRECT and COMPLETE to avoid any discrepancies. Once the order is confirmed, any changes to the delivery address will not be allowed to amend by the system. Please ensure your present to receive the parcel. You may contact the respective courier service provider for further arrangements if required.
