* East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days

Packaging & Product Protection

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. Fragile items, including glass bottles and jars, are securely packed using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or discover any shortages, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos for verification.
